Quality Management Process (QA/QC)

We follow a systematic Quality Management process to ensure every activity is planned, inspected, verified, and documented in compliance with project standards.

Engineering Register & Log

Maintain drawing register and engineering logs; track all plan submissions, reviews, and approvals; monitor plan delivery against baseline schedule; ensure proper version control and distribution; provides visibility and control of all engineering deliverables.

Method Statement (MS

Review construction methodology and sequence of work; ensure quality & safety requirements; obtain consultant approval before execution.

Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)

Identify inspection stages; define hold & witness points; set acceptance criteria; ensure quality compliance.

Material Approval Request (MAR)

Review proposed materials; verify compliance with project specifications; obtain consultant approval before procurement.

Material Inspection Request (MIR)

Inspect received materials; verify against approved specifications; record inspection results.

Work Inspection Request (WIR)

Request inspection at defined stages; confirm work is as per drawings & specs; obtain consultant approval before next activity.

Request for Information (RFI)

Seek clarification on drawings or specs; resolve technical queries; avoid construction delays and errors.

Sample & Mock-Up Approval

Review material samples; inspect mock-ups; verify finishes & workmanship; approve before mass execution.

Non-Conformance Report (NCR)

Identify non-conformance; record and notify; initiate corrective actions; prevent recurrence.

Corrective Action Report (CAR)

Investigate root cause; define corrective measures; verify effectiveness; close out NCR.

Testing & Commissioning
